Flipping the Iceberg is a small operation run by Charisse Walker. Your email address is used to send you what you asked for and to tell you about her books, workshops, and events. It is not sold, rented, or traded. You can leave any list at any time.
The free worksheet on this site does not send your answers anywhere. If you type into it, your words stay in your browser and disappear when you leave the page. Nothing you write in those boxes reaches Charisse or any server.
Charisse does not sell your information or hand your email list to anyone. She does advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and the Meta Pixel described above shares page-visit data with Meta for that purpose. If you would rather not be included, block trackers in your browser or adjust your Meta ad settings.
A handful of service providers make this site work: a web host, an email delivery service, payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo, and Meta for advertising measurement. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they're bound by their own privacy terms. No one else gets your information unless the law requires it.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email flippingtheiceberg@gmail.com and ask to be removed, or ask what information is held about you and have it deleted. No explanation needed and no hard feelings.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
Everything on this site is educational. Charisse Walker is not a licensed therapist, and nothing here is a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. Please see the Terms of Use for the full statement.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date at the top will change and the new version will be posted here.
